Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Seeds: Due to quality control and safety concerns, all sales of seeds are final and non-returnable. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible—just send us photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
Email us at yikivar@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
We’ll respond with next steps and a return shipping address if your return is eligible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred.
